Terms of Service for Property Management
Payment of the monthly management fee, defined as a percentage of the monthly rent of 10 to 20%
For the conclusion of a management contract, the amount of the monthly rent should not be less than 350 euros
For properties with a monthly rent of over EUR 500, a discount on the monthly management fee may be negotiated
For more than one apartment in the same building, the management fee is subject to negotiation
The management contract is concluded for a term of at least 1 year.
